Russian Plane Impounded in Nigeria must be Investigated - PR Nigeria

Following up on the emergency landing of a Russian Cargo plane that was loaded with military weapons, 2 French Army Helicopters and 5 French crew members which was impounded by the Nigerian security Officers on Saturday, the french government as at today admitted that it owns the military hardware aboard the plane.

Nigerians had sunce Saturday been kept in the dark as series of questionings routed to the appropriate quarters via the Russian Embassey in Abuja Nigeria yields no result nor comments.

Based on a press statement by the PR Nigeria, an agency that circulates information for Nigeria security agencies on behalf of an anonymous official stating that " Nigeria has no reason to release the Aircraft and its cargo until necessary investigations were conducted and concluded".

On its part, the French Government had countered the report that the sized plane was loaded with Military weapons. Speaking by one of its Officials, Jacques Champagne de Labriolle, "there was absolutely no weapon, and no amonition on board the aircraft" he said. But this was contrary to the anonymous report as spotted by the Nigerian Security official as at when the plane was intercepted.

Nonetheless, Nigerian Government have agreed to release the french crew members that accompanied the plane but subjecting the plane to further investigations as explainations given by the French Government that the plane was conveying equipment for peace keeeping from Banqui (Central African Republic) to Ndjamena (Chad) and had diplomatic cover to make a stop over in Nigeria.

Also, it was clear that the Nigerian Government was yet to decide the fate of the plane as opposed to the claims and impressions created by the French Government in its statements that " Official information has been supplied by the French Embassey in Nigeria. The Nigerian Federal and airport authorities having satisfied with the documents and the genuine character of the flight have announced that the plane will be authorised to pursue its flight to Chad"

Further questionings on why a Russian Plane carrying equipments belonging to France revealed on Sunday by the Russian embassey in Nigeria that the plane was indeed a Russian plane but hired by the French government to Military hardware for its peacekeeping force in the Central African Republic.

The question still remains if really the plane had Chad or Nigeria as its original destination.

BREAKING NEWS : RUSSIAN PLANE CARRYING MILITARY WEAPONS INTERCEPTED IN KANO

A Russian cargo plane made emergency landing today at the Mallam Aminu International Airport in Kano few hours ago with military hardware but had since been detained by the Nigerian security operatives with its French speaking crew members.

A security operative annonymously said the weapons in the plane were supposedly mearnt for neighbouring country CHAD.

The plane had journeyed from the Central Africam Republic to N'Djamena, the Chadian Capital.

The plane made an emergency landing in Kano with reasoms that the Chadian Airport was Shut doen and was carrying on board a bullet proof Jeep, Military hardware including two Helicopters alongside its 5 crew members.

Nonetheless, the real reason behind the landing of the plane in Kano is yet to be known as the Nigerian Russian embassey in Abuja is yet to make its comments as fears are that the weapons were mearnt for Nigeria.

In light of the recent power tuzzle in the Nigeria coupled with the heat posed by the upcoming 2015 general elections and the civil unrest due to the bombings by the Boko Haram terror group, conclusions are that the planes real destination is Nigeria but pending confirmation by the Nigerian Russian embassey in Abuja

Joke of the Day - Thank God its Friiiiiidayyy!

An Igbo man, a Yoruba man and an Hausa man were lost in a forest and then captured by cannibals. The king of the cannibals told the prisoners that they could live if they pass a trial. The first step was to go deep into the forest and get ten pieces of the same kind of fruits. The three men went their separate ways to gather fruits. The Yoruba man came back and said to the king, "I brought 10 apples."

Then the king explained the trial to him, "You have to swallow the fruits without any expression on your face or you will be killed. The first apple went in, but on the second one, he winced out in pain, so he was killed.

The Igbo man arrived and showed the king ten berries. When the king explained the trial to him, he thought to himself that this should be easy.... 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and on the ninth berry, he burst out in laughter and was killed.

The Yoruba man and Igbo man met in heaven and the Yoruba man asked, "Why did you laugh? You almost got away with the trial."

The Igbo man replied, "I couldn't help it, when I saw the Hausa man coming with Watermelons!"

Unveiling of the Firstever "Made in Nigeria" Cars- Model IVM Fox and IVM UMU

It was like a dream come true for Nigeria when over the weekend, the Giant of Africa unveiled its first ever "Home manufactured cars "by an indigenous Company, Inooson Vehicles Company ( IVC)

The said cars were made in two models. IVM Fox and IVM UMU as endorsed by the Nigerian Trade and Investment Minister, Olusegun Aganga.

Innoson Vehicles Company is located in Nigeria, Anambra State, the South East region of Nigeria.

On commending the new invention and innovation, the Minister of Trade and investment added that " by producing a truly made – in Nigeria car, the IVC has enlisted Nigeria amongst the global map of car manufacturing countries

In his statements, the Anambra state Governor commended the Chief Executive Officer (CEO ) of IVC, Dr. Innocent Chukwuma in expanding the states industrial base.

Before Now , Nigeria has lost its taste for exportation as almost everything within its coffers are imported to as small item as " Tooth Pick" little wonder why the level of industrialization in the country is close to Zero with oil as its greatest investment portfolio for Importation

Nonetheless, these self – made cars are coming to light at a time when the country is witnessing adverse security and economic situations, dwindling oil prices, devalued naira, civil unrest and enigmatic blood bathe situations with incessant bomb explosions topping the list

Ladies Please Read This - ROHYPNOL...A New Fast Killer in Town

A woman was taken by 5 men, who according to hospital and police reports, gang raped her before dumping her at a Bus stand! Unable to remember the events of the evening, tests later confirmed the repeat rapes along with traces of Rohypnol in her blood.

Rohypnol, a date rape drug is essentially a small sterilization pill. The drug is now being used by rapists at parties to rape AND sterilize their victims. All they have to do is drop it into the girl's drink.

The girl wouldn't remember a thing the next morning, of all that had taken place the night before. Rohypnol, which dissolves in drinks just as easily, is such that the victim doesn't conceive from the rape and the rapist needn't worry about having a paternity test identifying him months later.

The Drug's effects ARE NOT TEMPORARY - they are PERMANENT. Any female that takes it WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CONCEIVE. The weasels can get this drug from anyone who is in the vet school or any university. It's that easy, and Rohypnol is about to break out big on campuses everywhere.

Believe it or not, there are even sites on the Internet telling people how to use it. Please educate everyone you know, especially girls.

Girls, be careful when you're out and don't leave your drink unattended. (added - Buy your own drinks, ensure bottles or cans received are unopened or sealed; don't even taste someone else's drink) There has already been a report in Nigeria of girls drinks being spiked by Rohypnol.

Please make the effort to educate everyone you know.

For guys - Pls inform all your female friends and relatives, remember you also have sisters. Important news are meant to b passed on pls!

Joke time- conversation between a professor and a fuel attendant

A professor drove into a petrol station in his sleek state of the art range rover sports.

Professor: guy, abeg, give me full tank.

Fuel Attendant: Sir, I don't speak pidgin, I only speak English

Professor: Ok! good morning, I currently feel a profound desire to replenish the propelling of my motorized automobile. Therefore I cordially request you to transfer from your subterranean reservoir a sufficient quantity of the combustible fluid of the highest octane rating to fill the appropriate receptacle of the said means of perambulation to the brim.

Fuel Attendant: Oga na play I dey play o, how much fuel you wan buy?

Fresh Nigerian Graduate Lost life at Jubilation

Tragedy struck yesterday as a fresh graduate of the Imo State University took his last breath as students poured him water in jubilation of final year completion.

What seem to be jubilation turned into a gathering of sorrow when the victim was running away from a number of students who pursued after him to pour dirty water on him. In that quest to dodge the water being poured on him, he fell into a soak-away pit and got drowned.
The dirty water from the pit however is partially passing a light current as the pit is dug beside their transformer where earth-wire is buried.

Pouring of water has been banned in schools but some students would not obey this.

Many students in this light unaccepted celebration of final papers have been injured, poured acid and some other dangerous liquids while some other persons have gone to the great beyond via this.
I think every final year student should learn from this as well as those who dedicate them to pouring water on university finalists.

Nigerian Naira is Devalued,Now Officially N168 to $1-The CBN announced

The Nigerian Apex Bank on Tuesday in Abuja announced its decisions

on devaluation of the Nigerian Naira by N13.

According to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Godwin

Emefiele when disclosing its decisions after a meeting of the

Monetary Policy Committee at Abuja said " the move is part of the

efforts to strengthen the nations economy.

In a report by the punch online papers, Mr. Emefiele made it clear

that the Nigerian Naira would now exchange for N168 to $1 instead of

the old official rate of N155 thereby increasing the Monetary Policy

Rate by 100 points from 12% to 13%.

Nonetheless, the CBNs action had since then been felt in the country

as the citizens now witness scarcity of the Dollar even at the Black

Markets as it now sales for about N173 to N175 to $1 giving room for

sharp practices.

Increase in the Monetary Policy rate which is the rate at which the

CBN lends to Commercial banks had on its part increased the lending

rate at which the money deposit banks lend to their customers as

accordong to them " they are in bussiness for profit"

According to the CBN, the decision to devalue the Nigerian Naira

against the Dollar ( $ ) was to strengthen the Naira.

The decisions made at the last Monetary Policy Committee meeting

did not elude the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR ) which was increased from

15% to 20%. The CRR which is another monetary policy instrument

used to either mop up excess liquidity ( cash ), in circulation and verse

Breaking News : Twain Bomb explosion in Maidugiri, Nigeria, killing about 30 people

Two female suicide bombers allegedly blew themselves up today b

( Tuesday 25/11/14 ) in a crowded amd well known named " Monday

market" in Nigerias City of Maiduguri, killing at least 30 people.

This explosion in Borno State was at the same market area where

many people lost their lives following a blast in July 2014 by the

suspected Boko Haram Militant Group.

According to the Civilian Joint Task Force Cordinator of Borno State,

Mr. Kali Aji,The two teenage girls were said to have entered the busy

and well known "Monday market" as its commonly called and

detonated their explosives killing about 3 women at the first

explosion while at the gathering of the surprised Mob, the second

teenager screamed attracting the crowd to herself thereby also

detonated and exploded, killing about 30 more people.

At a confirmation statement by Mr. Kalli, he said " iam right here at

the scene and I have before me 11 corpses.......many have been taken

away by relatives, while others are taken to the state specialist

hospital.

The carrier of the second explosion was said to have carried the

explosives at her back in a wrapper just as babies are been carried

before detonation which according to the mob was delibrate and

aimed at attracting more people to herself just after the first

explosion.

Following series of events on bomb blast, the same site of todays blast

We scaled the Assembly Gates to Save Nigerias Democracy- Hon. Gbajabiamila

Just yesterday, the Nigerian House of Representatives

member displayed a scene which will forever remain

in the hearts of Nigerians. Such a laughable and

unprofessional act, the house members were caught

on camera scaling the National Assembly Complex

gate according to them was  in a bid to stop the

president from actualising his so called evil

machination.

On questioning about the unprofessional event, the

House of Representative Minority Leader, Hon.

Gbajabiamila said " I never thought a day will ever

come when I will be forced to scale the gates of the

Assembly complex"

" what happened in the National Assembly yesterday

will forever live in infamy, I never thought I would see

the day when I would be forced to go over the

Assembly gates where I work to gain access into the

chambers. But then our Democracy has to be saved.

Nonetheless, the gate scaling according to the  house

members was worth it as the presidents request on

extention of State of Emergency to the Northeast

Boko Haram affected states must fail.

Hon.Gbajabiamila went on to say that " it was pretty

clear the Presidency in spite of a court injunction

wanted to dp something Sinister and illegal and we

thank God we failed their evil machinations. We will

continue to be vigilant.

In a new development, it has been made known that

some of the house members are building up plans to

impeach the incumbent Nigerian President Goodluck

Ebere Jonathan

Nigeria Lawmakers Scale Parliament Gate due to Disagreements

Earlier today 20/11/2014, Officers of the Nigerian Police invaded

the National Assembly with reasons of which

according to them was to restore peace and order.

In a statement by the  Ag. CP and Force Public

relations Officer, Emmanuel C.S Ojukwu, PSC, which

reads " following an intelligence report on the invasion

of the house of Representative by hoodlums and

thugs, the Nigeria Police promptly deployed its

personel to prevent a breakdown of law and order"

According to them, while in the course of duty, the

arrival of the speaker of the house of Assembly, Alh.

Aminu Tambuwal CFR, who last month defected from

the ruling PDP to the opposition party and

accompanied by a crowd made up of thugs who

evaded due process and broke cordon warranted the

actions taken by the officers of the nations police force.

Issues

Further investigations on what would have prompted

the chaos and diorderliness at the headquarter of the

Nations Arm of Government, it was discovered

these was tied to the refusal of the opposition

member in the house to extend state of emergency in

the northeast region of Nigeria.

Thursdays ( Todays) parliament session had been

converned to discuss the presidents request to extend

the long 18 Month State of Emergency in 3 States in

the countrys Northeast region I.e Adamawa, Borno

and Yobe with reasons such as to sustain the pressure

against the terror Islamic  Boko Haram group of which

the reverse is the case to the lower opposition

members who claimed and described the presidents

request and tactics as a "Failure".

"Emergency rule is over as far as we are concerned"

"Zakaria Mohammed, the house of representatives

spoke person " ( as quoted by AFP news agency )

Notwithstanding, no vote was taken as the closure of

the Parliament was ordered by the senate President

due to unrest within the complex
